Reportable Offences
During business cooperation with the Group and the Company, if you encounter any prohibited acts by our employees that violate the Code of Integrity for Staff — including soliciting kickbacks, accepting bribes, embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, improper transactions, rigged bidding and other violations — please promptly contact the Audit & Supervision Center and submit relevant materials for follow-up investigation and disposal.
Confidential Reporting
Strict confidentiality of informants' information is the fundamental rule of integrity management. Without the informant's consent, we shall never disclose the report content or any personal information of the informant, including name, workplace, residential address and other relevant details, in any form.
Priority Handling for Real-name Reports｜Rewards for Verified Reports
We will prioritize the acceptance of real-name reports and timely notify informants of investigation outcomes. The Audit & Supervision Center will maintain strict confidentiality of all informant information. Informants who submit verified and substantiated reports shall be granted corresponding rewards in accordance with the criteria and procedures stipulated in the Company’s Guidelines for Reporting Violations of Laws and Disciplines.
