Mr. Luo Jieping, aged 45, serves as the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of our Company. Mr. Luo obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2003, and a Master’s Degree in Law from Wuhan University in June 2011. Since 2023, he has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, member of the Nomination Committee and Authorised Representative of Guangdong-Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings Limited. He has fully participated in key corporate matters including the formulation of corporate development strategies and the Group’s rebranding to Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech Co., Ltd..

Mr. Zhong Junhua, aged 45, graduated from Xi’an University of Posts & Telecommunications in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Technology. Since July 2003, Mr. Zhong has held various positions in multiple enterprises. He currently serves as a Director at Shenzhen Tiandun Data Technology Co., Limited. He possesses over 20 years of extensive experience in telecommunications services, cybersecurity, data centre development and operation, as well as AI computing businesses.

Mr. He Fei, aged 54, is an Executive Director of the Company and President of the Group. He obtained a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Southeast University in 2004. Between 2020 and 2021, Mr. He held positions including Director and President at Meha Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. (000667.SZ). With over 20 years of working experience in the real estate sector, he is an industry expert in infrastructure project investment and operation.
